The walk-up apartment of 65 s.m. is located in the historical center of Bari (Bari Vecchia) with a spacious terrace of other 65 s.m.

It's an half-furnished apartment on the second floor with kitchen (inclusive of washing-machine and refrigerator), a big built-in wardrobe, air-conditioned hot/cold, one double bed and one sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.

Three open-space rooms, very bright, close to the Jesus Church, a hair's breadth away from all services and from the amusement of the center of the city.

I'm only searching for people with references, available for short periods. The weekly rent, only for tourists, comprises: change of linen, cleaning and bills.
